It's here! It's here! It's had a long journey, but it is finally here. From Germany to Spain and then to the US and finally to me! It's my new toaster. I've wanted this toaster since I first saw it. Unfortunately they don't make them here. I've searched and searched, but you just can't find this baby here in the US.
A coworker of mine has a friend who lives in Germany and they were nice enough to order it for me. My coworker's son also happened to be traveling to Spain at about the same time, so this friend in Germany mailed it to my coworker's daughter who is studying in Spain right now and then her son brought it back upon his return.
Now I just need a step-up adapter (which I ordered today) and I'll be having pirate toast at the push of a button! YO HO!
As soon as the transformer arrives you know I'll have a shot with the actual toast. Hopefully it won't take more than a few days to get here!
