Today, in honor of our country's 44th president, I decided to make a dish that combined a lot of recent stuff that I had laying around (fresh or frozen) in the fridge and put it to new use. Whenever I make fried rice, I never use a recipe and it is always different (but consistently delicious.) In this variation, in order of appearance, the ingredients are: Peanut Oil, minced fresh garlic, sliced onion, shrimp, peas, baby carrots, baby corn, diced ham, white rice, eggs, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, peanuts and scallions. One footnote, before I began stir-frying, I took the oath of tastiness, so help me God.
