dinner on monday

for the past three mondays, somehow, i ended up making this dinner....

rice with saute'd beets and beet greens, chicken and garlic bread....just toss it all in a pan (except for the rice) with some olive oil, salt and pepper. cook until the greens are nice and wilty, the beets are glazes and the chicken is safe.

*rice (always have a bag on hand)
*beets and greens from the garden
*french loaf for the week (i really need to start baking my own)
*chicken from good old trader joes, frozen breasts in a bag
