Sausage & Chipolte in Adobo Sauce on Basmati Rice

Basmati Rice
Soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
Drain and rinse.
Bring water to a boil and add the rice. Bring back to a soft boil and cook 6 to 8 minutes.
Use 3 cups of water for every cup of rice.
Sausage and Chipoltes
Olive Oil
2 small onions, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 Turkey Kielbasa
1 8oz can of Chipltes in Adobo sauce
Sweat the onions and garlic in some olive oil over medium-low heat unti soft.
Slice the kielbasa and add to the onions and garlic. Add the chipoltes and adobo sauce.
Cover and cook until the kielbasa is warmed through, about 7 minutes.
Serve on top of the cooked rice.
This is very spicy, scale back on the adobo sauce to lessen the heat.
