-1 pork fillet, about 500 gram
-5 tbsp cha siu sauce
-some masala/rice wine
-pinches of salt and sugar
1. mix all this ingredients together, let it marinate for 3-5 hours
2. preheat oven: 180 degrees celcius/350 degrees fahrenheit
3. bake for 15 minutes, then flip the pork fillet on the other side, bake the other side for another 15 minutes
4. brush on honey, then bake for another 5 minutes
ta-da!
