It's been awhile since I last posted - I've been eating out more than I would like, but I haven't abandoned Mr. Bento. Several times I just haven't been able to get a picture.
In any case, this is breakfast and lunch.
Breakfast is the yogurt and blackberries - 92 calories, 18g carbs, and 5g protein.
Lunch is the Lean Cuisine Flatbread Melt, the edamame, and the pretzels. It's 770 calories, 111g carbs, and 48g protein.
(I recently signed up for SparkPeople, so I'm trying to keep track of what I eat.)
