Tarragon, dill and lemon chicken with green garlic, which I'm ujsing in about everything while it's still in season; served with black rice (and some more rice underneath) and rapini sauteed with garlic.
Part of a gluten-free cinnamon maple scone with sliced kiwifruit and kumquat.
Sunflower sprout, buckwheat sprout, and radish salad in a light vinaigrette.
Summer squash, green garlic, and new potato soup in dill broth.
I can't recall if this was low-fat or not; it depends on what the vinaigrette was made of as the other elements are low-fat. (Though more scone might be pushing it!)
