Chicken breasts sauteed with green garlic, lemon juice, tarragon, and dill, leftover from yesterday. Served along with asparagus roasted with leeks, tarragon (I had lots of fresh tarragon!), and lemons, and black rice.
Summer squash and potato and green garlic soup in dill broth.
Part of a gluten-free maple-cinnamon scone and half of a white peach.
Mixed baby green salad with radishes and edible flowers and a vinaigrette that includes shallots and minced kumquats.
This is probably not super low-fat given that it has a whole half of a scone and the dressing on the salad has olive oil, but it's not bad.
32/365: Part of a run of sick days, so this was the only picture I took.
