I had some small golden potatoes left over and wanted to use them before they went bad.
So I quarted them, and put them into some aluminum foil. Then I poured a little olive oil (about 2 tsp) over the potatoes. Then sprinkled with kosher salt (1 tsp), hot paprika (2 tsp), garlic powder (2 tsp) and oregano (1 tsp). Then I scrunched up the sides and added some white wine (2 tsp).
I folded the foil into a pouch and put the bundle into a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes.
The amounts are estimates but the results were good.
