Dukkah = a middle eastern/northern African blend of crushed nuts and spices that is sometimes served as a bread dip with olive oil. We were exposed to this for the first time in New Zealand, and made our own here with crushed hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame seeds, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds.
