Café au lait chirashi sushi ($28)

Assorted sashimi on sushi rice, served with Chef's salad
A rainbow of sashimi tastes sweet and super fresh above a paper-thin sheet of omelette that covers succulent unagi (deliciously broiled and slathered with sweet unagi sauce) and rice below. Above this were slices of sake (salmon), hamachi (yellowtail), maguro (tuna), tako (octopus), amaebi (sweet shrimp), ika (squid), hotategai (scallop), ikura (salmon roe) as well as dots of fresh blueberries, radish sprouts, a shiso leaf (and parsley) and a perfectly round maguro temari zushi dressed with lemony diluted kewpie (mayo).

Freshly grated wasabi, a mug of miso soup and a seaweed salad accompany the course.
