Share on TwitterRecipe: wash, dry, and layer leaves of two types of endive, tomato, green onion, egg, bacon & bleu cheese crumbles (that I forgot); dressing: whisk together 1/8C each of lemon juice and Kirin, 1 T of prepared ginger, 1 pinch each of cayenne, sugar, dried coriander, course salt & fresh cracked pepper; drizzle 1/3 EVOO as you whisk vigorously to form emulsion. Drizzle over salad and serve, allowing folks to pick up leaves from the dish.
