Local Lettuces with Radish, Cucumber and Summer Savoury Vinaigrette

The vinaigrette was absolutely delicious and tasted very light and fruity. The lettuces were crisp and light, that matched well with the cleansing taste of the thin sliced radishes, the scrumptious heirloom cucumbers (reminding me of crisp asian apple pears) and the toasty pumpkin seeds (we were told they were sunflower, but they looked more like pumpkin to me). This was a nice course to help palate cleanse after the fatty duck courses and before our next umami heavy course.
