Salade au Gésiers de Canard

Salade with Gésiers de Canard, bacon, eggs, croutons, cucumber, red onion, boiled potatoes and roman lettuce. With a sherry vineagar vinaigrette.

I improvised on this salad. But next time I should think it through first. I think it's crucial to have the right vinaigrette. And I didn't. :)
It wasn't bad though! But I think it can be better.

First time I prepared Gesiers de Canard. Duck gizzards in english.
They sound scarier than they are. They are very homogeneous pieces of tender meat. I can't imagine any meat-eater not liking this.
