Char grilled squid, chilli and garlic £13.00

Tender, moist, and mildly sea-sweet white bodies of calamari were gently grilled until their bodies yielded to the slightest bite. The fresh pieces laid on a vinegared bed of springy green Italian parsley (which added a fresh and vibrant flavour to the dish), thin, crisp flakes of dried garlic add crunch and depth to the course, along with a beautiful scattering of colourful red and green chilies, cut in ever so tiny pieces that added a kick to the simple and refreshing dish.
