Pasta, tuna, artichoke, sundried tomato, egg, spring onion.
Dressing of mayo, shallot, limejuice, thym, pepper, salt.

I prepare everything first (dressing, draining, chopping, etc) and then in the end I put everything together.

For pasta for two just mix together:
* 150-200g penne, drained, quickly rinsed with cold water, so it's still warm, but cold is okay too.
* 1 can of artichoke hearts, cut into small 1 x 2 cm pieces.
* dressing of
3 T mayo
2 t limejuice
1 shallot, chopped finely
1 T fresh thym (although I think just using fresh basil would have been nicer)
salt/pepper

Mix that thoroughly, then carefully mix/fould with:
1 pot of nice tuna in oil, broken into pieces
5 pieces of sundried tomatoes in oil, chopped in 1 x 0.5 cm pieces
2 spring onions, sliced thinly

Divide over 2 bowls, put the soft boiled egg on top. (one per person)
And like I said, I think I would have preferred a big handfull of fresh basil of maybe flatleave parsley.
