Aromatic Bouquet

A simple mozzarella and tomato pairing was found at the booth by Harvest and Fifth Town/Cherryvale. The pretty plate was topped with edible flowers and nice/fruity oil and vinegar dressing. I also enjoyed the bit of greens (especially the fresh basil leaf) sandwiched with the tower - they were bright, vibrant and delicious. This was among the top dishes on that day (thanks the the fresh ingredients).
