Prawn Cocktail with Quail Eggs and Mary Rose Sauce

I'm a sucker for prawn cocktail. Especially with avocado. Just love it.
For the mary rose sauce:
Whipped cream or creme fraiche with mayonaise (50:50) add some tomatoketchup until you like the colour. Then add a splash of whiskey, a few drops of worcestersauce, tabasco, lemonjuice and some salt, pepper to your taste.
Just boil or grill some defrosted, raw prawns. (crayfish is nice too) Take an overripe, soft avocado en serve with some softboiled (quail)eggs. Yum!
