For salad dressing:
1 lemon
olive oil
(sea) salt
pepper
mustard

1 lettuce
12 cherry tomatoes
1 mozzarella
1 orange

Extract the lemon juice. Add olive oil, sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Add a small amout of mustard. Mix these ingredients well.
Now clean the lettuce and the tomatoes. Cut lettuce into convenient pieces. Slice the cherry tomatoes if you want. Slice the mozzarella cheese.
Arrange the lettuce, tomatoes and mozzarella on a plate. Pour some of the salad dressing on it. After all put some orange fillets on top of the salad.
