For St. Patrick's Day I slowed cooked some corned beef in beer, garlic and peppercorns for about 10 hours. Then made grilled reubens out of them with some melted swiss, Russian dressing and fresh sliced marble rye.

And of course some Black & Tan's to wash everything down.

Dessert was black & tan brownies and homemade Gunniess Stout ice cream.

All and all I'd say it was a pretty tasty St. Patrick's Day!
