Ingredients: cooked rice from yesterday, diced vegetables (broccoli, carrot, cauliflower), sliced cabbage, diced sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, blue cheese, shisho leaf, sultanas.

Oh yes ... this is the weirdest of the dishes I have ever made ...
Fry the rice and vegetables in olive oil and garlic, remove from pan and set aside.
Next, make the omelette, and when it is half cooked, stud one half of the omelette with diced blue cheese and sultanas, and cover the other half of the omelette with the fried rice from before. When omelette is cooked, flip the blue cheese half to cover the fried rice half, and sprinkle finely sliced shisho leaf on top.

Can be eaten with tomato sauce, Japanese mayonnaise and Japanese yakisoba sauce.

Once in a lifetime dish ... never to be repeated.
