Share on TwitterWe enjoyed many lassis (yogurt-based drinks, frequently made with fresh fruit) throughout India. On our last day in Jaipur, we decided to try Lassi Wallah, a stand located around the corner from the hotel. We were fairly careful about eating food off the street, but decided the chance to have a lassi served in a disposable terra cotta mug was too good to pass up. We did have to get over the fact that some old guys scooped the lassis by hand out of a much larger terra cotta container with no refrigeration in site. They were delicious.
