Share on TwitterIt was burger night again, and an epic one at that. Serving four seriously hand crafted burgers all at the same time, while ftying potatoes in a mix of chicken and pork fat isn't as easy as it sounds.
The highlight of the meal was actually that white glob of mayo on the plate there, which I made myself. Making your own mayo is both pleasing and it will separate the men from the boys - lucky for me I've already got Popeye arms.
