First of all, baked? Clearly fried. Second, spaghetti? I assumed there was a language issue but this was really spaghetti with tomato sauce. The tomato sauce had a familar, institutional style taste. Like TV dinner spaghetti. I asked if this was real Chinese food. I know that Chinese cuisine is really diverse and constantly evolving but I'm still having trouble wrapping my head around this one. Anyway, she said it was Hong Kong style. Really? People in Hong Kong eat this?
All that said, I enjoyed it. In a weird, guilty way. And I don't know that I'd order it again. But I did enjoy.
