Hands-down the best pot roast I've ever eaten (sorry dad.) The sandwiches it made the next day were out of this world. This is going to become a staple in our kitchen.

It will forever be known as "Iggy Pop Roast" as Jules kept mishearing me when I called it by the recipe's name "Yankee Pot Roast."
