Corned Beef Reuben

Since Shannon had to work all day, I decided to slave away for 10 hours and cook her the food of her people for dinner.

By "slave away" I mean put a bunch of ingredients into a crock pot for 10 hours

By "food of her people" I mean Corned Beef Reubens.

2 Corned Beef Briskets
2 Bottles Of Merry Monk Beer
1/4 Cup of peppercorns
1 entire bulb of garlic
3 bay leafs.

Cook 10 or so hours

Shred the meat.
Slice yourself some thick pieces of rye bread and grill
Pile corned beef and top with swiss cheese and Russian dressing

Enjoy, it's delicious!
