Share on TwitterThat's butter on top of the burger. The burger was very good but I don't think the butter deserves any credit. The herbs in the butter on the other hand were very good and really enhanced the flavor.
I think butter could enhance a burger if it were incorporated in a different way. Maybe a different type of butter would help, too. This didn't not satisfy my curiosity about butter burgers:
