With pork shoulder, cole slaw, barbecue sauce and french fries. It's odd how this angle hides almost all of the barbecue sauce. There's actually a decent amount of it.

In Cleveland, that's called a Polish boy. Except where I bought this, B&M Barbecue, where it's called a Polish girl. If you order a Polish boy you get a similar sandwich but without the pork shoulder.

This one has nice sauce and a very nice all beef hot dog. Over all, it was pretty good. Honestly, it must be a pretty forgiving recipe. I think I may have to do a city-wide survey.
