Very good. Nice fresh scallions and a nice ginger kick. Nice salty pork.
But breakfast? I've seen congee before and I've always known that it was breakfast food. Judging from appearances, that never seemed like a good match. I guess I always wondered if maybe there was a danish or some bacon and scrambled eggs at the bottom of the bowl. Let's just say that it would take some getting used to before this seemed like a normal breakfast to me.
Anyway, I switched into early lunch mode and it was really delicious.
