Mix in a blender :
meat of 1 smoked mackerel
juice of 1 lemon
2 T light soy sauce
2 t sambal oelek
3 T mayonaise
125 ml creme fraiche (light)
peper

Then, this is about 500 ml of liquid, so I added 5 little sheets of dissolved sheets of gelatine. Which was a little bit less than the instructions on the gelatine said.

I was quite happy with the result. The texture was nice. But my partner thought it was too harsh. Maybe he's right. I should try again and go much easier on the sambal and lemonjuice.
