Hot Smoked Salmon with black Tagliatelle

Black Tagliatelle with hot-smoked salmon
200 gr black tagliatelle
25 gr butter
5 spring onions, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
50 ml dry white wine
125 ml crème fraîche
4 T fresh dill, finely chopped
300 gr hot smoked salmon in flakes
Softly panfry the spring onion and garlic in the butter for about 5 minutes.
Add the wine, let it reduce.
Add the crème fraîche and let it simmer for another 5 minutes to reduce the sauce.
Add pepper, salt and dill.
Add the flakes of salmon.
In the meantime, cook the tagliatelle.
Place the tagliatelle on the plates. Add the sauce and serve.
I wasn't that impressed. It was okay, but not brilliant.
