Created by making a super strong miso broth and dumping in some gelatin and leaving to set this was a very odd dish. Its taste was pleasant and its texture interesting but in the end it was too odd for me, my fellow taster liked this more than regular miso soup since she does not abide by brothy soups. This was the only dish that was not finished. On the plus side it was the most entertaining dish as we made the little soup strips dance and giggle for our enjoyment.
