Vanilla Cup Cakes

Cup Cakes baked by my wife for her local coffe morning with the other mums from school.

And some for me :)

Recipe makes 12

110g unslated butter @ room temp
225g golden caster sugar
2 large free range eggs
150g self raising flour
125g palin flour
120ml semi skimmed milk @ room temp
1 tsp good quality vanilla extract

Icing

110g unsalted butter @ room temp
60ml semi skimed milk @ room temp
1 tsp good quality vanilla extract
500g icing sugar
few drops of food colouring
