Brussels Red Potato Gratin

Capital C...Recipe to follow:
8 red skinned potatoes- boiled and mashed with a little nutmilk and Earth Balance
1 cup Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup scallions, sliced
1/4 cup fresh dill weed
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp Earth Balance
Combine and saute.
Steam 1 cup Brussels sprouts. Slice.
Combine all ingredients- salt and pepper to taste. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes.
