Yummy and Vegan! I will be experimenting more with this recipe.
Recipe:
12 tbsp agar agar
4 cups fruit juice ( I choose orange, lemon, strawberry, lime)
Bring juices to boil separately. Dissolve 3 tbsp agar agar into each flavor and add food coloring. Pour into square dishes and refrigerate 6 hours – overnight.
Make vegan condensed milk (previous recipe post). Add 4 tbsp agar agar to 2 cups of the hot milk mixture, dissolve and then cool.
After chilling the four flavors, cut them into small blocks. Carefully mix the blocks in a 9 x 13 pan. Pour cooled milk mixture over jello and chill overnight.
Cut and enjoy.
