Recipe
110g unsalted butter
225g golden caster sugar
2 large free range eggs
150g self raising flour
125g plain flour
120ml semi skimmed milk
1tsp vanilla extract
Icing
110g unsalted butter
60ml semi skimmed milk
1tsp vanilla extract
500g icing sugar
Food colouring to your taste, not to much
Topped with sugar sprinkles
