1 tsp 5 spice powder
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbs Hosin sauce
2 tbs Soy sauce
2 tbs unsalted butter
1 scallion, thinly sliced
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Season the chicken with salt. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken. Brown on both sides and cook until the chicken is cooked through.

Remove the chicken. Mix together the broth, hosin sauce and soy sauce. Add this mixture along with the garlic and 5 spice powder to the pan. Scrape up any chicken bits left in the pan. Boil until the sauce becomes thick and glossy.

Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the butter. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and garnish with the scallion and cilantro.
