Thumb Print Guava Cookies

Can't have Easter without cookies! Recipe to follow

Cookie dough:
1 cup cake flour
1/3 cup cornmeal
2 dash salt
1/3 cup brown sugar
Cinnamon and Nutmeg
Egg Replacer for 1 egg
1 stick Earth Balance
1 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients and mix until it forms a dough. Shape into balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Press thumb in each cookie and a dab of your favorite jelly or sweet (you can use chocolate easter eggs as well!)
Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes. 2 dozen.
