Crepe Cake

Make the crepes the night before and layer them in between wax paper .
Layer your topping - I used almond kreme because it sticks well and add a fruit or combination of whatever you love. You can try a thick fruit sauce, or chocolate pudding, sauce or a vegan fruit or lemon curd...your imagination is your limitation! I used 13 crepes but you can go as high as you like!
You can even pour a chocolate ganache over the top and encase the entire cake.
