1 cup butter
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups blueberries
1 cup yogurt
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp grated orange rind
icing sugar

Grease and flour a tube pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit .Cream butter and sugar . beat in eggs one at a time till fluffy. In another bowl sift together all the dry ingredients mix in berries. In a third bowl mix yogurt, orange juice and rind. Add this stuff alternately to the creamed mixture stirring well. pour into prepared tube pan. Bake 60-70 minutes until toothpick or knife or whatever comes out clean. let cake cool in an on wire rack before unmolding onto wire rack. When cake is cooled put on a cake plate and sprinkle it with icing sugar. Eat.
