syrup is maple
pancakes. boxed mixed,there are mixes w/out milk. use tofu (pureed tofu with rice milk). 1/6th of a block equals 1.5 eggs. Use 1 cup of mix, 1.5 eggs and 3/4 cup of rice milk. Add a dash of baking soda and a dash of salt for extra fluff. I like a thicker mixture so it doesn't spread too much.
