Veggie Loaf Sammich

Here it is....we will be eating sammiches........................
Recipe:
1 # soy burger
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
2 minced cloves
2 tbsp tamari
1 cup brown rice, cooked
1/4 cup rolled oats
Fresh sage to taste
Black Pepper to taste
6 ounces soy yogurt
Almond milk
Favorite BarBeque Sauce
BarBeQue Potato Chips, crushed
Mix all the loaf ingredients together and add enough almond milk to stick together- form a loaf.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Dip in barbeque sauce and roll in chips- place in a greased loaf pan and bake 45-60 minutes.
The barbeque sauce and chips are an addition - not in the book. Yummy!
