The pizza crust is a standard bread-machine pizza crust, put in a greased pizza pan. Cover with cheese, I used all cheddar, but next time I'd cut it with mozzerella. The sauce is 3 onions, caramelized, then strain 3 cups of applesauce to get some of the extra water out, stir into the onions with a cup of raisins, and some cinnamon and cloves. It was good, but next time, less cinnamon, some cubed granny smiths, maybe some lemon juice, and I should have let it bake longer, or used a pizza stone, or something.. I left in in for 20 minutes, but the crust was still a bit sad. I think the idea is sound, though.
