Sautéed Apples, Stuffed Gardein Chicken, Vegetable Rice

For Sautéed Apples: Core a firm variety of apple, 1 per person. Squirt with lemon juice to prevent browning. Melt a tablespoon of earth balance in a large pan and add apples. Sauté for 20 minutes or so on medium or until apples are fork tender. Add 1 tablespoon of molasses and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Stir to combine.

The rice and veggies is one of those tasty steam in bag varieties.

The gardein chicken is delicious, I added tomato sauce to it.
