[Recipe]
For the vegetables: Leek, eggplant, pistachios, sesame, raisins, dried plums and dried apricots.
For the cous-cous: In a saucepan, bring half glass of water per person to boil. Once it's boiling, add the same amount of cous cous and some some salt and switch off the fire. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes and then fluff the cous cous with a fork.

Para las verduras: Puerro, berenjena, pistachos, semillas de sésamo, pasas, ciruelas, orejones de albaricoque.
Para el cous-cous: Poner al fuego algo menos de medio vaso de agua por persona con un poco de sal. Cuando hierva añadir la misma cantidad de cous-cous y apagar el fuego. Dejar reposar.
