Although wheat is not allowed in several natural diet regimes, I do enjoy Japanese udon soup, and do not have a gluten intolerance. I just load up with plenty of veggies along with the thick noodles. Yummy.
Store bought Annie Chun's Udon Soup bowl (its vegan). Add whatever leafy green vegetables, tomatoes, sesame seeds, match stick carrots, a dollop of nut butter for flavor. and follow directions. Its wonderfully comforting and healthy. I always add more soy sauce to taste.
