Wrap up your favorite veggies!
Here is a kitchen version of the recipe:
take a little Tofutti sour kreme and mix with a little tarragon, salt and pepper or you can do dill- that is great also. I had made some pita bread but you can quarter a slice of bread or slice a baguette …peel and slice a cucumber longways, and steam a veggie of choice- I used the greenbeans but you could use asparagus, carrot, yam…whatever.
Spread the sour kreme on the cucumber- not too much! and place the veggies on top at one end…again, not too much!. Roll up and secure on top of the bread with a toothpick. Top with a little roasted red bell pepper. I love some seaweed caviar with this also.
