Hearts of Palm, Peppers,and Artichoke Salad

Steam sliced red bell pepper with quartered artichoke hearts. Add sliced hearts of palm. Marinade in wine vinegar, EVOO , agave syrup, parsley and thyme. Season with salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes.
The sweetness of the peppers really shine in contrast to the artichokes and hearts of palm. Use more or less of what you like but equal parts EVOO to vinegar and seasonings are to your taste also.
Let sit 6 hours or more.
