Chips and Cheeze

3/4 C Nutritional Yeast Flakes
1/4 C flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 minced jalapeno pepper (but you can switch out for different ingredients or leave out…hmm, red bell pepper,scallions, even dried fruit)
2 C water
1/4 C Earth Balance Margarine
1 tsp mustard
Mix dry ingredients in saucepan. Whisk in water. Cook over medium heat, whisking until mixture thickens and bubbles. Cook an additional 30 seconds; remove from heat. Stir in margarine and mustard. Let sit until cooled- it will thicken:)
