I had a couple of thin cut pork cutlets left over from making this soup today, so I made this to have for lunch later in the week.
4 oz bonless pork cutlet
pinch of salt
a couple grinds of pepper
1-2 tbs Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Use a single sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil or a couple of regular sheets about 18 inches in length.
Put the pork in the center of the foil. Sprinkle on the salt and pepper. Pour the dressing on top of the meat.
Seal the foil tightly, leaving enough room for some steam. Place on a cookie sheet and cook for 25 - 30 minutes.
Let cool for about 5 minutes before opening foil.
I had to try one of these because I had no idea how these would turn out. It was very good with a bit of a spicy tang that I didn't expect.
